these view days, i lost my sleeping hours drastically. In our effort to follow the MLC (Maritime Labor Convention – 2006) rules, I work 13-14 hours a day, and got a most 3 hours sleep.. it’s far from the standar, not compliance with our right.. And it’s bad for my eyes..
